Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of all services (the "Service") provided by iqcompass ("we," "our," or "the Site"). By using the Service, users are deemed to agree to these Terms.

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms apply to all relationships between users and the Site regarding the use of the Service.

Article 2 (Service Description)

  1. The Site offers free self-understanding support services centered on IQ tests and personality diagnoses.
  2. The Site may offer more detailed analysis reports (Premium Reports) for a fee. Currently available only to customers in Japan.
  3. Diagnostic results provided by the Site are for self-understanding reference only. They are not intended for clinical diagnosis, medical judgment, hiring decisions, or other legal/official purposes.

Article 3 (Premium Report Purchase)

  1. Premium Reports are one-time purchases (no recurring billing).
  2. Payments are processed through Stripe, a payment processing service.
  3. Upon purchase, a URL to view the report is sent to the registered email address.
  4. Due to the nature of digital content, refunds and cancellations are generally not accepted after purchase. See "Legal Notice" for details.

Article 4 (Prohibited Acts)

Users must not engage in the following acts when using the Service:

  1. Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
  2. Acts related to criminal conduct
  3. Acts that destroy or interfere with the Site's servers or network functionality
  4. Acts that may interfere with the operation of the Service
  5. Acts that infringe the intellectual property, portrait, privacy, honor, or other rights/interests of the Site or third parties
  6. Acts of unauthorized copying, reposting, or selling of Site content
  7. Other acts deemed inappropriate by the Site

Article 5 (Intellectual Property)

All copyrights, trademark rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Service belong to the Site or rightful owners. Users may not copy, distribute, or modify Site content without permission beyond personal use.

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

  1. The Site makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, usefulness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Service.
  2. Diagnostic results are for self-understanding reference. We bear no responsibility for results of using them for medical/clinical judgment, career choices, hiring decisions, etc.
  3. The Site bears no responsibility for any damages incurred by users or third parties due to interruption, suspension, termination, unavailability, or changes to the Service.

Article 7 (Service Changes and Suspension)

The Site may change, add, or suspend the Service without prior notice to users.

Article 8 (Changes to Terms)

The Site may change these Terms without notice when deemed necessary. Changed Terms take effect upon posting to the Site.

Article 9 (Governing Law & Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be interpreted under Japanese law. Any disputes related to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where the Site is located.
